Our Team

Carmen brings 13 years of industry experience, along with Redken Master Colourist certification and membership in the Redken Young Tribe. She’s worked backstage at fashion weeks, trained at the Redken Symposium in Las Vegas, and continues to build her reputation for technically sharp cuts and tailored bridal styling. Carmen loves working closely with clients to create a look that fits—not just visually, but personally.

With a decade of experience and formal training from Oscar Oscar, Elijah brings a refined, client-focused approach to every appointment. He’s known for designing looks that feel effortless yet intentional, grounded in strong technique and guided by individual style.

Elijah specialises in curly cuts, blondes and balayage, with a focus on balance, tone and texture. His work is precise, considered and always personal.

Meg brings a thoughtful, sculptural approach to hair, working with curls, thick textures and vivid colour to create shape, balance and ease. Her technique removes weight without compromising movement, allowing each style to sit naturally and grow out well.

From precise colour placement to defined curl work, Meg delivers results that feel expressive yet refined, always tailored to support life beyond the salon.

Meet Jessica – a proud Toowoomba local with a flair for transforming hair and building lasting client relationships. With 18 years of industry experience, Jessica began her journey at Studio Glow before continuing on to the renowned salon of Oscar Oscar during her apprenticeship, later moving to Brisbane, where she became a key team leader at the award-winning Tigerlamb. In 2020, her passion and leadership earned her the prestigious AHIA Salon Manager of the Year award. Now returning to her hometown, Jessica brings her expertise in short haircuts, blonde transformations, and men’s grooming back to the Toowoomba community. We are so excited to introduce Jessica’s fresh perspective into the Air Hair team and our client community.

Her approach is highly personalised — taking the time to understand your vision, then shaping each detail to enhance tone, texture and silhouette.

Prue brings a fashion-forward eye to the salon, shaped by experience in backstage styling, Redken events and editorial finishing. With a particular love for GHD work and special occasion hair, she creates polished looks for formals, weddings and events that call for something elevated.

Known for her calm confidence and attention to detail, Prue takes the time to listen, ensuring every style feels considered, balanced and completely event-ready.

With over 26 years of experience, Sarah brings depth, precision and quiet authority to every appointment. Her background spans structured colour work, blonde foiling and salon ownership across both coasts of New Zealand.



A former Hair & Barber NZ finalist and mentor to emerging talent, Sarah’s work is defined by confident shaping, tailored colour and a commitment to building lasting client relationships. Her approach is calm, assured and always considered.

Nicole is one of our newest young stylists with a heart as soft as her touch! With her gentle, kind personality, she’s quickly becoming a salon favourite. Nicole has started assisting our senior stylists with tint colours and blow dries, always bringing her best to every client. Bonus: She gives an absolutely amazing head massage that will have you melting into the chair. If you’re looking for a calming, personalised experience, Nicole is here to make your visit even more special!

Meet Christine, our quickly advancing young stylist who always brings a fresh burst of energy to the salon! With a keen eye for colour and a passion for learning, Christine is assisting our senior stylists with all things colour—from vibrant hues to subtle blends. She has been training away to perfect her foiling technique, precise cutting, and big blow dries; watch this space. Always with a smile, she lights up the salon with positive vibes and a can-do attitude. Teryl began her hairdressing journey at just 19 on the sunny Gold Coast. Over the years, her passion for the industry saw her own and run three successful salons – including a buzzing barber shop. After stepping away from the salon floor to focus on motherhood, Teryl has returned to the industry she loves as Air Hair’s all-rounder assistant. You’ll often find Teryl on the floor, assisting the senior stylists with their colour applications or keeping the salon looking its absolute shiny best. 

With her wealth of experience and calming touch, she now specialises in our luxurious new Deluxe Head Spa Experience, where relaxation and scalp health go hand in hand. You're in expert hands with Teryl.

Say hello to Ava, our newest and youngest team member, who’s already making a big splash in the salon! With a true love for all things hair and beauty, Ava is always eager to learn and grow. Her relaxing massages are a client favourite, helping everyone unwind after a busy day. Ava also has a natural knack for keeping the salon running smoothly, ensuring everything flows effortlessly by assisting the team.
